1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting appointment slots, or engaging in physical or online consultations at Abhigam Psychiatry and De Addiction Center, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our digital services.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Consultation Fees
All Appointments are booked as slot requests via hospital contact number.
The official consultation fees are structured as follows:
- New OPD Consultation Case: ₹700 (includes initial history check and examination)
- Old/Follow-up OPD Consultation Case: ₹400 (routine follow-up evaluations)
- Online Tele-consultation Case: ₹700 (video calls coordinated via secure channels)
*Fees for OPD cases are payable at the hospital registration counter. For telehealth consults, payment must be processed online prior to the session start.
3. Telehealth consultations
Tele-consultations require a stable internet connection and active WhatsApp or video call capacity. Dr. Vishal Garala acts in good faith based on symptoms disclosed during calls. Tele-health is limited by the lack of physical examination; physical visits are recommended for complicated medical situations.
4. Patient Code of Conduct
Abhigam Psychiatry promotes a supportive environment. Any verbal abuse, aggressive behavior, or threat directed towards our clinical staff or doctors will result in immediate termination of the consultation, refusal of future appointments, and appropriate legal reporting.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms, clinical policies, and medical services are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of services provided by Abhigam Psychiatry and De Addiction Center will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
